Terms & Conditions for Lucky Lady Coaching

By using this website, enrolling in any program, or engaging with Lucky Lady Coaching, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Coaching Is Not Therapy

Lucky Lady Coaching offers personal development and empowerment coaching. Although Sonia Hopkins is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas, all coaching services are not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. No therapist-client relationship is formed. Coaching is for educational and self-growth purposes only. If you need mental health support, please seek a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, call 911.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ to use our services and capable of entering a legal agreement. By purchasing or participating, you confirm this.

3. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are final. No refunds are offered on coaching services, mentorships. subscriptions, digital programs, or products unless otherwise stated in writing. For payment plans, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, even if you withdraw from the program.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Lucky Lady Coaching - including course materials, coaching frameworks, branding, and language - is the intellectual property of Sonia Hopkins. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without express written permission. Sharing, selling, or redistributing materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Personal Responsibility

You understand that results vary and depend on your personal commitment. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and well-being before, during, and after working with us.

6. Confidentiality & Conduct

While we respect your privacy, we cannot guarantee confidentiality in group settings or third-party platforms. You agree to participate respectfully, refrain from harassment, and maintain the integrity of the group and the work. We reserve the right to remove anyone for misconduct without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages arising from your participation. You agree to hold Lucky Lady Coaching and Sonia Hopkins harmless for your use of our content, coaching, or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revisions.

Even after just a couple of the lessons, I feel like I have been more present in my body this week, reminding myself that I am an observer of my emotions. I've caught myself in intense emotions a couple times since starting the course, and although I haven't yet completely internalized the messages I've learned, I am definitely starting to shift that emotional dependence back to myself instead of the outcome of the situation. I loved working with Sonia. She made me feel comfortable and safe, and it was easy to open up to her. I never felt judged, even sharing some things I had a lot of shame around. She taught me new coping skills and ways to adjust my internal dialogue that are continuing to benefit me. I truly think my life trajectory has changed for the better - meaning I am able to be more present in the moment and less weighed down by negative or intrusive thoughts now.
